Traditional production systems require the user to access their title plant, abstractor package, taxes, images, map and any one of a myriad of other sources to complete their order. The NPC leverages all of these connections because they are built into the Title EDGE foundation.
Automated Review
Before the examiner ever sees the file, Title EDGE has auto-examined the order and delivered a completed prelim, commitment, or other title report ready for final review, title clearance or underwriting. The user edits the work as they would in other systems except that as they move through each step of the process the NPC is locating the source document and highlighting exactly where the information originated. This greatly reduces errors and the time associated with the examination and review process.
Automatically Integrated
While the NPC can serve as your complete title production solution, it also delivers all of the associated title information including documents, maps, and any other required information to your escrow or closing system so that the accounting, escrow, and other customer-facing functions can be completed as normal.
Understand Every Change
The NPC automatically tracks every change made in the system. As examiners make changes, the system is designed to automatically adjust its rules, patterns, and extraction methods. And, as reviewers correct edits, additions, or omissions made by an examiner, the system maintains a perfection rate percentage for individuals allowing you to quickly identify training opportunities and other areas for improvement.
