NextAce checks for new recorded documents, liens, judgments, and any changes in vesting since the original recording date of the construction loan. All changes are identified and reported according to the format required by the customer. In addition, any document that recorded since the construction loan is also included. Updates can be run at any time and will include only those changes that occurred since the last report was run.
Construction Disbursement Reports are available to title insurers and agents in areas supported by their existing title plant relationships or on a transactional basis in any market supported by NextAce.
