Trustee Sale Guarantee (TSG)

Beginning with the Notice of Default, our TSG process properly identifies all required documents including trust deeds, liens, judgments, and all other notices. Documents are automatically retrieved and relevant information extracted to provide details on each Schedule B item and complete mailing information for Schedule C items.

Our TSG products are designed around your specific reporting requirements, templates, and codebooks. The finished product looks as though it was completed by your internal production department and is automatically uploaded directly into your production system. Unlike most manual, labor intensive, TSG processes; the NextAce TSG solution delivers completed product in an average of one hour or less.

In addition to the TSG itself, products include all supporting taxes, property chains, GI (name search) chains, as well as all of the related documents themselves.
