Real Estate Owned (REO)

Our REO product is based on the same underlying principles of our resale and long form products with a few exceptions that are specific to the REO process. Using your underwriting guidelines and customer requirements, we adjust the reporting process to identify and include appropriate verbiage related to any unreleased Federal Tax Liens or other documents that may be subject to redemption or special treatment in the sale process. We can utilize your starter (base) files for inclusion of easements, CC&R's and related items; or, we can access a shared starter database or other repository.

REO products are delivered directly into your production system inclusive of all of the coding, data variables, Schedule B items, requirements, and notes and according to your business guidelines and rules. In addition, all supporting documents, taxes, and related information are included with each product.
