Owners & Encumbrances (O&E)

Using our industry leading platform and your existing data relationships or our transactional data access to nearly 200 counties, our automated system can interpret property records to identify all vesting, encumbrances, and liens. The warranty, grant, quitclaim, mortgages, trust deeds, and other required documents are automatically retrieved and relevant information is extracted directly from the documents themselves. When completed, the information is compiled into either a report delivered to you via email or integrated directly with your production system.

After producing hundreds of thousands of title reports and related products, we have continued to improve and expand our technology and data warehouse to deliver on the promise of "better, faster, cheaper". Nowhere is this more evident than in these more limited title offerings. On average, we process complete O&E reports in less than an hour and return all of the supporting information, taxes, maps, and documents that were used to produce the final report.
