Legal and Vesting

NextAce's legal and vesting service provides you with automated retrieval of the warranty, grant, or other deed containing the current legal and vesting information. In addition, this information is automatically extracted from the document itself and available to import directly into your production system.

Access to this information is provided either through your existing data provider relationships and in nearly 200 counties serviced through NextAce's transactional access capabilities.

Unlike many legal and vesting services, NextAce has automated the identification and retrieval of the vesting document as well as the extraction of the legal, vesting, and other required components directly from the document. In addition, we can directly populate your production, LOS, or other system through XML or other connectivity. Depending on your requirements, we can deliver legal and vestings in as little as five minutes and normally averaging less than 15 minutes.
