Construction Disbursement Reports

We check for new recorded documents, liens, judgments, and any changes in vesting since the original recording date of the construction loan. All changes are identified and reported according to the format required by the customer. In addition, any documents that recorded since the construction loan are also included. Finally, updates can be run at any time that will include only changes since the last report was run.

Construction Disbursement Reports are available to title insurers and agents in areas supported by their existing title plant relationships or on a transactional basis in any market supported by NextAce.
