Our resale/long form title products include utilize property and name indexes as well as the recorded documents themselves as the foundation for completing the product. In addition, the products may also include tax information and the associated plat map. Since much of the information related to easements, CC&R's and other matters are not available through the title plant and property databases, we normally utilize an existing starter or base file for inclusion of these items.
